How do I place an order?

Select a product and size, add it to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an email acknowledgement after placing the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email allowveg@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will help if processing has not advanced too far. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Sizing and availability

How do I choose a size?

Use the Size guide shown on each product page. The Summer Top is available in S / M and M / L; other styles use the sizing stated on their product pages.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Lithuania and the European Union.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days in Lithuania and 3–10 business days elsewhere in the EU. Exact options and charges appear at checkout.

Returns

Can I return an online order?

EU consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Email us before returning anything.

What if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Email us promptly with the order number and photographs. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or misdescribed goods.
