14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Email allowveg@gmail.com before the period expires and include your name, order number, items concerned and a clear withdrawal statement.

Returns

Send goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer pays the direct return cost. Contact us before sending anything. Items may be inspected as in a physical shop, but the customer is responsible for reduced value caused by unnecessary handling.

Refunds

Eligible payments, including our least expensive standard delivery charge, are refunded within 14 days after withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods are received or evidence of return is provided. Refunds use the original payment method.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions include personalised goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed.

Faulty goods

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or misdescribed goods. Remedies and return costs are handled as required by law.
