1. Scope
These Terms govern purchases made through allow.eco. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Products and prices
We aim to present products, colours, sizes, availability and prices accurately. Minor colour differences may result from screens or lighting. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where indicated. Delivery charges are displayed before payment.
3. Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to purchase. You will receive an order acknowledgement by email. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including lack of stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to deliver. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. You agree to pay the total amount shown before confirming the order.
5. Delivery
Processing times, destinations, estimates and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Unless another period is agreed, delivery will occur no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Procedures, return costs and refund timing are explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Product conformity
Consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the Site only for lawful personal shopping. Site content, branding, images and text are owned by or licensed to Allow, MB and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible where required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer right. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for events outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send a written complaint to allowveg@gmail.com. We will provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days. If the dispute is not resolved, a Lithuanian consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), including through www.vtis.lt. You may also use any competent consumer dispute body or court available under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers residing elsewhere of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
