Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, sales or holiday periods. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery area and estimates

We currently deliver within Lithuania and to destinations in the European Union.

• Lithuania: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Unless another delivery period is agreed, orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Shipping charges

Available delivery methods and the exact charge are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion will also be displayed at checkout. No undisclosed delivery charge will be added after the order is placed.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, the tracking link will be sent by email. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, unless you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

Delay, loss or damage

If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email allowveg@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the parcel and item. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
